We will endeavour to ship your item to you as quickly as possible but please allow 1 business day for orders to be processed.

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10 Australia wide

Express shipping is a flat rate of $20 Australia wide

All orders will be shipped with Australia Post.

Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: George and Olive Ltd, 61A Langtree Mall, Mildura VIC 3500, Australia

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
