When shopping with us at George and Olive we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, however we accept that this won't always be the case; we have an easy and flexible returns and exchanges policy in place.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase or delivery.
If you would like to return your item, it must meet our Return Policy:
Item/s must be unworn, unused, in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Due to hygeine reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Returns on fragrance, candles and underwear will not be accepted.
Sale items are not eligible for return, so please choose carefully.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. An order confirmation or order number is also acceptable.
Online Returns
Full priced items bought online may be exchanged or refunded
For all exchanges, please contact us to ensure the replacement stock is available prior to sending back the item you wish to exchange.

Please take care when sending back your item. Any items lost in the post are the responsibility of the customer and we are unable to offer an exchange, refund or credit note for this. We recommened keeping hold of tracking numbers to avoid missing parcels.
If your item is eligible for a refund, this will be refunded back to your original payment method.
Once our team has received and processed your refund you will be notified via email. Please allow up to 3 business days for the amount to show in your account.

In-Store Returns
Items bought in-store may receive a credit note or exchange.
Faulty Items
Our team check items thoroughly and package carefully prior to dispatch.
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us via email, store@georgeandolive.com.au with your order number and with images of the fault or issue attached.
We will first try to replace the item, should a replacement not be possible, a refund to the original purchase method will be provided.
Postage and return postage for faulty items will be reimbursed.
Items returned that are deemed not faulty on assessment will be returned to you at your own expense.
Incorrect Items
We always endeavour to ensure every order is correct, however if you receive an item different to the one you ordered, please contact us via email, store@georgeandolive.com.au with your order number and an image of the item and barcode tag attached.
