Into a resin stone surrounded by beads of gold is etched the figure of a bird with wings uplifted.

The Umbra Pendant references the shadows of ghosts and trees, calling to mind the wanderings of the amorous protagonist in the gardens of the Hypnerotomachia Poliphili. Amongst the architectural ruins, dragons, nymphs, and birds of his dream, he walks in dappled woods, seeking the sunlight of his lover. This play on a cameo pendant style references necklace designs with a vast history, stretching from 15,000 BC to the Victorian age.

This design was entirely handcarved by Olivia in the earliest years of Cleopatra’s Bling. It has returned in multiple collections as a recurring motif. Cast in ethically sourced gold, it is formed in the shape of a three dimensional lion’s head, suspended below a hinged coil bail.

The name Alparslan, which belonged to a Seljuk sultan, calls to mind the brand’s origins in Istanbul. His emblem, a lion, has been refined across different cultures and periods, from Renaissance Italy to Imperial China, appearing as a guardian of sacred spaces, a celestial force in astrology, and a creature of alchemical wisdom, embodying both destruction and renewal.

Evoking the harmonious blending of opposites, this gold pendant features a resin oval stone engraved with the image of a winged archer.

Mercurius: the alchemical symbol of unity, where opposites merge into a powerful whole. Known as the light-bringer, Mercurius carries the moon and stars, aiming toward higher ideals, much like the archer.

This intaglio design draws from Ancient Roman traditions, where engravings served as both personal marks and protective charms.

The Sella is a coin pendant, featuring a sterling silver coin, set within a square, golden frame, at whose corners petite cubic zirconia gems shine.
