In ancient times central asian people believed in the god of sky, Tengri Ulgen, that sits in the heavens and protects people from evil. The colour of the blue sky is regarded as a sacred colour and used for protection.

For this beaded collection Cleopatra's Bling have been working with Tülay Çalışkan and Ferda Yılmaz from Atakum, Samsun, a city located in the BlackSea region of Turkey.

Hand crafted by artisan women, individually beaded. Dimensions: 39cm length.
